Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, product availability, fulfilment partner capacity, and other factors outside our control.

12. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

16. Personalised or custom-made product returns

Personalised, customised, printed-on-demand, and made-to-order products are made specifically for you.

This means they cannot usually be returned, exchanged, or refunded if:

2. you ordered the wrong size;

3. you chose the wrong colour;

4. you entered the wrong number, name, initials, or other personalisation;

5. you made a spelling mistake;

6. you no longer want the item;

7. the item does not fit as expected, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

This does not affect your legal rights. If your personalised or custom-made product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us and we will investigate.

17. Non-personalised product cancellations and returns

For eligible non-personalised products, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To cancel an eligible non-personalised order, you must tell us clearly by email at contact@englandfanstore.com.

After telling us you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the goods.

Returned goods must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with any original tags, labels, and packaging where possible.

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by unnecessary handling by you.
