Role Overview

The Customer Service Agent will help customers before, during and after their purchase. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, professional, well-organised and confident communicating with customers online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions by email, contact form and support channels.
  • Help customers with order updates, delivery tracking, sizing, product information and personalisation queries.
  • Process refund and return requests in line with company policy.
  • Review customer issues involving damaged, faulty, incorrect, delayed or missing orders.
  • Request photos, order details and supporting information where required.
  • Escalate complex order issues to the fulfilment or management team.
  • Keep customers updated in a professional and friendly way.
  • Protect customer data and handle personal information responsibly.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong written English.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complaints professionally.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Experience in ecommerce, fashion, clothing, retail or print-on-demand is helpful but not essential.
Software Engineer Remote | London-based candidates preferred | Future role +

Role Overview

The Software Engineer will support the technical side of England Fan Store, helping improve the website, fix issues, update code and create better online experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and improve Shopify theme code.
  • Fix bugs affecting product pages, navigation, checkout experience or website performance.
  • Improve mobile responsiveness and page speed.
  • Support new website features, custom sections and product page improvements.
  • Work with apps, integrations and ecommerce tools where required.
  • Help improve the customer journey from landing page to checkout.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Shopify Liquid.
  • Good understanding of ecommerce websites.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to write clean, organised code.
  • Experience with Shopify is strongly preferred.
Marketing and Branding Executive London preferred | Hybrid/Remote | Future role +

Role Overview

The Marketing and Branding Executive will help build awareness of England Fan Store through creative content, social media campaigns, brand storytelling and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
  • Develop campaign ideas around football, England fans, tournaments and product launches.
  • Help manage brand tone, visuals and customer-facing messaging.
  • Liaise with media agencies, creators, influencers or freelancers where required.
  • Support email marketing, product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Research trends in football fashion, streetwear, ecommerce and social media.

Ideal Candidate

  • Creative mindset with strong understanding of social media.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Interest in football, fashion, branding or ecommerce.
  • Ability to create content ideas that attract attention and drive sales.
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools or similar platforms is helpful.
Fulfilment Admin London preferred | Remote/Hybrid | Future role +

Role Overview

The Fulfilment Admin will help ensure customer orders are processed accurately, especially where personalisation details need to be checked before fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review customer orders before fulfilment.
  • Check that personalisation details are correct.
  • Ensure order information is accurate before production.
  • Work with fulfilment systems and print-on-demand platforms.
  • Flag incorrect, missing or unclear order details.
  • Help resolve fulfilment issues quickly and professionally.
  • Keep records of order checks and fulfilment actions.

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Reliable and organised.
  • Comfortable working with ecommerce order systems.
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully.
  • Experience with Shopify or print-on-demand fulfilment is helpful but not essential.
